SERVICES OFFERED & REPAIR TIMES
MAIL IN REPAIR: Our AVERAGE turnaround time for all mail-in repair is 2-4 Weeks (15-30 Business Days). This time DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping time to and from our location.
WALK IN SERVICE: Our AVERAGE turnaround time for all walk-in repairs in 1-3 Weeks (5-21 Business Days).
ON-SITE SERVICE: Turnaround time is based on scheduled date & time of 1st visit. Most on-site repairs can be completed within 1-2 visits. We will bring all the required tools, parts, and materials to complete most on-site repairs. However, due to varying circumstances, we might need to schedule a 2nd trip to finalize the service. This may be due to incompatible parts, incomplete parts, an incorrect assesment & scope of the repair required, or there are times when unforseen circumstances are not taken into consideration for different reasons which may cause us to schedule a 2nd appointment. You will only be billed for ACTUAL LABOR COSTS incurred. You are not billed for travel time, unless it is part of the service agreement, or you are beyond our 25 mile service zone radius.
RUSH SERVICE: All repairs are received and added to our QUEUE system. Unless you have a service contract, we will work on your item in the order it was received. If you are in need of faster service, we do offer a RUSH SERVICE FEE, which will put you at the head of the queue. We have 2 levels of RUSH SERVICE:
1) EXPRESS SERVICE (Same/Next Day) - $100 per unit
2) 3 DAY SERVICE - $50 per unit
These prices are in ADDITION to your existing LABOR & PARTS service invoice. This fee must be paid in advance - NO EXCEPTION. This applies to all level of services (Mail, Walk-In, On-Site).
