FREE RETURN SHIPPING - We offer free return GROUND shipping on all mailed-in service items.  However, there are some restrictions, otherwise we would put ourselves right out of business:

- Item must not exceed 30lbs in weight.  An additional fee of $.75 per pound up to 70lbs - will apply to your final invoice for the return shipping.  Items in excess of 70lbs will be billed accordingly for the extra weight.

 

- Freight shipments (90lbs+) will incurr ACTUAL shipping costs as quoted by our Freight company.  We will shop around for the best freight quote, however, you'll always have the final decision. (We make no money on shipping charges.  We are in the repair business, not the shipping business!).

 

- We will insure your equpiment up to a value of US$500 - you will be responsible for any additional insurance charges.
