Due to the overwhelming service and repair intake we've experienced both locally and nationally over the past few months, it has seriously affected our turnaround time on all repairs. Therefore, effective Thursday JUNE 5th, you must CALL or EMAIL before you mail or drop off your equipment for repair... Please call us @ 1.866.668.1596 ext 1 - for a pre-evaluation of your unit. If we feel we can repair it in a timely and efficient manner, we will provide you with instructions on shipping, or dropping off your unit for repair. We will also provide you with a rough estimate on the repair as well. Unfortunately, we will have to refuse the following items until further notice: - CONSUMER ELECTRONICS (TV/HD/DVD/VCR) - IPODS / PDA'S - RECEIVERS (all brands / age / type) - GUITAR AMPS The following items will more than likely be accepted, however, you must still call for consideration: - TURNTABLES (all models & age) - DJ EQUIPMENT - SPEAKERS - STUDIO EQUIPMENT - POWER AMPS EXCEPTIONS: - NightClub / Retail / Commercial Accounts - Previous Customers (case by case) - Existing Service Contracts We do want to apologize if this causes any inconvenience, however this is only temporary.
